Duty Officials Bob Geary and Joe Harpham
13 IOMs (plus 2 Big Dragons) were greeted by a bank of fog and very little wind. When a light breeze finally arrived it was from the SE so a course was set along the South bank. This sufficed for most of the morning until a slight shift required adjustment to the start line. By mid-day the sun was shining and some good sailing was enjoyed.
