perfect conditions and very competitive

Another great days sailing with a SW wind testing the top end of the IOM A rig. A fine turnout of 12 IOM.s and 8 Dragons which must be a record for club sailing. 9 races were sailed, 6 for IOM and 3 for Dragons. The suggestion is to combine the 3 Dragon races today with ( hopefully ) 3 more next weekend, to substitute for the Dragon race abandoned on 26th January.

attended but gremlins of one sort or another prevented Gordon from starting and Mick H from completing the

There was time for 2 Dragon Races but boat swapping and ” here – have a go with this” made scoring pointless.

Bob takes the lead in the Winter Series RM.

10 Skippers turned up with a total of 12 boats, 8 IOM, 3 Dragons and 1 RM.

The wind was in a generally S to SW, which is the one we have to get used to, but made the course setting difficult.
