Ten Rater Ranking – Nov 2022

The club will be hosting a weekend of 10R sailing over the 5th & 6th November 2022.

10 R ranking November 5th 6Th November 2022

These are the last 10R Ranking meeting events in 2022. The last two years have seen a falloff in attendance at meetings in all classes due to the effects of Covid, and also the cancellation of the World Championships at West Kirby.

However now we can gather together it is the time to plan to get back to regular sailing and to test your mettle at Open and Ranking events.

We now have a World Championship to look forward to and plan for in Italy May 2023. Some of you may wish to accrue Ranking points.

This is a two day event so plenty of opportunity to socialize as well. The Railway Inn has a small excellent restaurant, so if you want an informal get together Friday or Saturday evening, give them a ring and book a table. Saturday is 5th November so maybe even some Fireworks! (Hopefully not on the water)

So why not come to Lincoln? We have a fabulous lake, plenty of lakeside parking and room for motorhomes (small charge, please pre-book, no hook up). There is an onsite disabled accessible toilet.

Both mornings we will be having our famous bacon butties. Tea and coffee will be available all weekend free of charge, but please BRING YOUR OWN MUG.

There is plenty of good inexpensive local accommodation close to the venue. The local Travel Lodge at South Hykeham On the A 46 is only five minutes away, and the pub opposite called the   Game Keeper (Hungry Horse ) has plenty of tables and does excellent food, for a great get together.

The Railway Inn, only a mile away from the lake, has 4 Double great value rooms rooms, and a Motorhome Park with hook up, showers ete etc  and a small excellent restaurant, If you are thinking of a meal get booked in early as this is very popular 01522 681 499 is the number for rooms and food, Check out our website for any other accommodation.

These fantastic, quick and technical boats will be able to stretch their legs on our great lake.
