We do have a winner, so many congratulations to Chris Elliott, His 5 wins out of twelve very competitive races, unwavering commitment , and superb sailing gave him the the top step with his Brit Pop 74 . He was chased every inch of the way by Pete Walters who by Chris’s standard is new to sailing and with a new Venti , Pete got a commendable second place, and I am fairly sure we will see a lot more of Pete in the upcoming Summer series, Third place goes to Dave Rigby whose sailing has improved a great deal this Winter, so well done all three of you.

The Winter series has been supported by 23 skippers and it has to be said that the level of competition has improved beyond recognition over the last couple of years, Lincoln is certainly the place to pit your skills in this wonderful class.

Also interesting is there are 5 different designs in the top ten, some new , some not so new, The summer series should be an exciting affaire. Come and join us for the summer if you think you can topple the top three , its loads of fun .
